The 2026 Annual Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, April 18th, at the RiverWinds Restaurant in West Deptford, NJ 08086. This meeting will be in combination with the General Assembly Meeting of the New Helvetic Society aiming to fill the small ball room. See the Gallery for pictures from past events.
The 2025 Annual Meeting was held on Saturday, March 22nd, at the Vereinigung Erzgebirge in Warminster, PA. Members unable to attend received the 2024 Annual Report by mail. See the Gallery for pictures from the event.
The 2024 Annual Meeting was held on Saturday, March 23rd, at the Vereinigung Erzgebirge in Warminster, PA. Members unable to attend received an absentee ballot (upon request) and the 2023 Annual Report by mail.
The 2023 Annual Meeting was held on Saturday, March 25th, at the Vereinigung Erzgebirge in Warminster, PA. Members unable to attend this first post-pandemic annual meeting received the ballot and the 2022 Annual Report by mail.
Invitation
Due to the ongoing pandemic, the meeting originally scheduled for Saturday, March 26, 2022 at the Cannstatter Volksfest Verein, was cancelled. Ballots and Questionnaires were mailed to all members.
Due to the Coronavirus situation and the safety of our members, the board of directors decided to cancel the Annual Meeting scheduled for Saturday, March 27, 2021.
Members received an information package including the Annual Report (booklet) and a ballot.
The 2022 meeting is scheduled for Saturday, March 26, at the Cannstatter Volksfest Verein in Philadelphia.
